THE POSITION

Reporting to the EMEA Director, the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux, based in Brussels, drives Net Sales and OP target achievement for Belgium and Luxembourg. This role elevates brand growth and distribution through strong relationships and in-depth account knowledge.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial distribution strategy for Acqua di Parma in Belgium and Luxembourg (B&M and E-Business) to achieve sales and qualitative targets.
  • Review and optimize retail space, location, and online presence to maximize impact.
  • Manage account profitability by setting targets, monitoring performance, recommending action plans, and ensuring adherence to payment terms and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor and recommend optimal stock holding and range assortment.
  • Negotiate and implement launch and promotional activities and ensure regular account staff training.
  • Develop and implement local Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Training plan in line with international guidelines to deliver agreed objectives.
  • Drive financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, reporting, and KPIs to achieve targets, ensuring timely communication and proactive action.

Profile

  • You possess a University Degree in Business
  • You demonstrate proven experience in sales management and marketing roles.
  • You exhibit a genuine affinity with the luxury goods industry
  • You possess a good understanding of the Benelux market and fragrance distribution
  • You demonstrate business acumen and an analytical mindset
  • You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You exhibit problem-solving skills
  • You are results & P&L driven
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch & English
