Position Summary: Reporting into the Celebrity Relations Manager (LA) & Communications Director (NYC), the Talent & Communications Coordinator’s mission is to support the Communications team in overall strategy and execution across Celebrity, Influencer and Entertainment. This role is critical to the success of building brand awareness and driving brand image through celebrity dressing placements, influencer initiatives, gifting initiatives and campaigns, events, and film placements. This role is based in LA, with the expectation to support the growth of the Bvlgari impact in the market and represent the brand in-person and at events as needed.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities: • Support the Director of Communications and Celebrity Relations Manager to build celebrity and influencer strategies that drive business needs and objectives • Partner closely with Global Celebrity Team on globally visible moments within our market strategy • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with stylist’s assistants, vendors, and retail staff across the network as well as peers across departments. • Represent the brand and contribute to the growth of our brand presence within the LA market, supporting west coast needs across events and communications • Support with all Celebrity, Creator and KOL dressings for North America; lookbook curation, handling product (PR set, Store Stock, High Jewelry, & Gifting), securing product and coordinating internal movement. Owns the organization and execution of loans/returns, ensuring all logistics are covered (guards, GPS tracking, products in good shape, etc.) • Owns the organization and execution of loans/returns, ensuring all logistics are covered (guards, GPS tracking, products in good shape, etc.) • Inventory management, including but not limited to ordering, tracking within all internal systems, and making sure pieces are always in good condition and that information is up to date • Support the Communications team as needed with editorial loans • Ensure internal reference documents are kept up-to-date including contact lists, celeb dressing recaps, event and project recaps, gifting activations and any other documents as needed. • Manage vendor relationships and invoices, working closely with procurement and accounting department to process invoices and keep accounts up to date. • Support as needed on all dressings, stylist appointments and pulls and work around a non-traditional schedule as needed to accommodate VIP events. • Oversee all administrative and organizational duties for LA Office and assist Celebrity Relations Manager with daily office tasks. • Support Communications team on all talent-related needs within the region – including on set campaign execution and general department event logistics

Profile

Key Competencies: • Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, ideally in a VIP/Entertainment capacity within luxury fashion • Excellent knowledge and interest in celebrity, social media, luxury Entertainment industry • High availability and responsiveness • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a quick and efficient approach to workload; ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt and pivot on short notice • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to problem-solve, strong time management • Impeccable attention to detail with a drive for results • Willingness to handle all components of execution with a committed can-do attitude • Thrives on the demands of a busy environment with enthusiasm, high energy, and determination • Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, & Fashion GPS; SAP is a plus
