JOB TITLE: Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Director, House of Dior Beverly Hills

REPORTS TO: Boutique Vice President, House of Dior Beverly Hills

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Client Advisors, including Grand Vendeurs and Fine Jewelry Specialists

JOB PURPOSE

The Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Director leads all aspects of the Flagship Fine Jewelry & Timepiece business — from sales strategy and client development to team growth and operational excellence. This is a role for someone who is energized by building, who takes pride in developing people, and who understands that in the world of High Jewelry, relationships are everything.

Job responsibilities

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales Performance

  • Lead the achievement of annual sales goals across Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry, bringing both strategic thinking and hands-on energy to the business
  • Develop and execute a proactive business strategy that identifies growth opportunities and keeps the category performing at its highest potential
  • Analyze product sales and client feedback to share thoughtful recommendations with the Merchandising team
  • Partner with the Regional and Corporate Office to plan and execute memorable events and activations that engage and grow the boutique's client community

UHNW / High Jewelry Client Development

  • Build and nurture a strong book of Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry clients through genuine, relationship-first clienteling
  • Create client experiences that go beyond the expected, fostering lasting loyalty and a deep connection to the House of Dior
  • Actively seek opportunities to meet and welcome new clients through networking, events, and community engagement
  • Set the standard for client experience across the team, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and elegance of Dior

Profile

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors, helping each individual grow both professionally and personally
  • Hold regular, meaningful touchpoints to review jewelry sales performance, celebrate wins, and address opportunities for development
  • Create a team culture that is collaborative, motivated, and proud of the work they do every day
  • Identify future talent with an appetite for jewelry and invest in building a strong, capable team for the long term

Product Expertise & Brand Representation

  • Bring a genuine passion for Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry, and share that enthusiasm with your team and clients alike
  • Work closely with the Merchant and Training teams to ensure ongoing product education across the department
  • Represent House of Dior with the grace, knowledge, and professionalism that the Maison is known for worldwide

Additional information

Operations & Compliance

  • Collaborate with operation team for day-to-day operational processes, including Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and After-Sales Services
  • Ensure all company policies and standards are understood, respected, and consistently upheld across the team
  • Approach operational challenges with a problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and the overall client experience

Recruitment process

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $165K- $175K annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
