YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Busines Performance & Strategy Manager you will participate in analyzing all commercial elements of the business in North America, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, and you will be in charge of assessing all key performance indicators to recommend strategies for improvement for the commercial business.
This experience will enable you to gain in-depth knowledge of commercial performance strategies in a luxury retail environment. You will have the opportunity to learn advanced analytical techniques and strategic business development skills.
Job responsibilities
YOUR IMPACT
Commercial Performance Analysis
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for CELINE's commercial departments, highlighting critical trends, identifying anomalies, and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimize overall commercial performance.Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks across all commercial channels.
• Manage, run, and distribute retail reports for corporate, regional, and boutique locations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including but not limited to store sales, budget, revisions, bonus goals, weekly boutique performance, sales associate productivity, contests & incentives, traffic, footflow, conversion & other productivity reports/KPIs.
• Act as a central data resource for commercial teams, guiding stakeholders through complex data sources, facilitating the interpretation of analytical results, accurately identifying data limitations, and effectively framing analytical questions to drive relevant insights.Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis.
• Work in close partnership with internal data engineering and business intelligence teams to proactively troubleshoot data issues, continuously improve data pipelines, and ensure the utmost accuracy and reliability of all reporting.
Strategic Recommendations
• Execute specialized ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making processes. This includes providing insights into revenue growth initiatives, traffic optimization strategies, content performance evaluation, and the exploration of new partnership opportunities.Provide actionable insights to optimize sales, profitability, and market share.
• Skillfully translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks, subsequently providing clear, concise, and actionable recommendations based on comprehensive findings.Assist with the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
• Proactively analyze performance data to identify emerging trends and pinpoint significant growth opportunities that can be leveraged for competitive advantage and market expansion.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams locally and centrally, to provide critical analytical support for all commerce-related projects and initiatives, ensuring data informs every decision.
Profile
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Experience:
• Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
• Experience as a Retail Performance Analyst in the ecosystem
• Minimum 3-5 years professional experience; luxury and/or retail industry preferred
• Retail, Planning, or Finance background preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and retail associates

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and PowerBI
• Strong attention to details, quickly able to identify and correct discrepancies in excel/data
• Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and reporting systems and enjoy analyzing and synthesizing data

Additional information
The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000- $120,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a bonus opportunity, and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution
