Job responsibilities

The Junior Communication Specialist supports the Chandon Global Marketing & Communication team in ensuring consistent brand content deployment across markets. The role focuses on content availability, amplification coordination and brand reputation monitoring to secure alignment with the global strategy.

Main responsibilities:

1. CONTENT SUPPORT & AVAILABILITY

Objective: Guarantee consistent brand image and provide markets with updated, usable content assets.

  • Support the global team in updating and adapting imagery content guidelines per touchpoint for 2026.
  • Ensure content assets are uploaded, organized and accessible on AIR / Bynder platforms, aligned with evolving guidelines and campaign needs throughout the year.
  • Coordinate with markets and internal teams to ensure proper usage of content in line with global artistic direction, tone of voice and narrative standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on content rights and usage compliance across all assets.

 

2. BRAND REPUTATION MONITORING SUPPORT

Objective: Support brand perception management and monitoring across channels.

  • Support global team in monitoring brand reputation with Talkwalker tool across media, digital platforms and social networks.
  • Compile and analyze data on brand mentions, press coverage and potential reputation risks.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

 

3. AMPLIFICATION SUPPORT

Objective: Assist in driving global content amplification and influence activations.

  • Support the development and refinement of Influence Guidelines for both Masterbrand and Spritz Collection.
  • Assist in coordinating influence activations for paid amplification across key markets.
  • Liaise with markets to collect feedback and ensure influence activations align with brand positioning.

 

4. BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Objective: Support financial tracking and easing budget-related administrative tasks.

  • Handling purchase orders and invoices.
  • Following-up the financial tracker

Profile

Skills: Relationship Builder, Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, Team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker and excellent communicator

Language skills: Full professional proficiency in English and French, Spanish would be a must

Hard Skills: Pack Office, Good level on Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe CC

Technical & management skills: Excellent project management and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with autonomy and rigor.

With much of the land lying in the tropics, the answer came in the form of the mountainous south, towards the 30th parallel, in the Serra Gaúcha region, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.Our winery and primary vineyard are in the rolling green hills of Garibaldi. Further south in the cooler, drier hilly region of Encruzilhada do Sul is our more recent vineyard, around 250 hectares, planted in 2000.We believe great wines are made in the vineyard. Winemaking is then a matter of allowing the vineyard to express itself.Chandon Brazil is unmistakably a member of the family. It’s just that it has a little carnaval in its heart.
