Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and sharing information on health and safety protocols.
  2. Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless boutique experience.
  3. Maintain traffic flow to ensure optimal service levels.
  4. Communicate proactively with clients regarding wait times and in-boutique experiences.
  5. Support the sales team in driving sales performance and client retention.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and client advisors at the point of sale.
  7. Manage product launches, pre-sales, reservations, and client credit card organization.
  8. Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge to enhance client experiences.
  9. Process client shipments, consignments, transfers, and stock.
  10. Align with loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
  11. Pack shipments securely according to required specifications.
  12. Support the stock team with parcel shipments using designated carriers.
  13. Maintain shipping supplies and prioritize inventory management.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury selling environment.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Natural problem-solving abilities with analytical and creative thinking.
  4. Integrity and business maturity with a client-focused approach.
  5. Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
  9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style. Called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, the collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and lasted 54 years. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi seconded him in the Artistic Direction; in 1994, she is given the direction of Accessories and later of Menswear. In 2000, the LVMH group acquires Fendi becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
