Position
As part of the Travel Retail Department, within the Travel Retail Europe operational Marketing team, in a context of business growth and transformation for GUERLAIN, you will be part of the Marketing team (3 areas: perfume, skincare, make-up).
Job responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
In a logic of brand elevation, ensure perfect execution of e-retail sites. In parallel, involvement in various subjects with the Travel Retail Europe Marketing and Training team.
TRAINING :

Quarterly edition of newsletters for BCs (sales staff) in collaboration with the Head of Training

Follow-up and analysis of BeGuerlain TR Europe internal application statistics (HQ team + BCs)

Creation of training materials: presentations, leaflets, video teasers, incentives, etc and operational support.
COMMUNICATION :
-
Creation of videos and internal visuals for the TR Europe team: teasing of activations, incentives, videos of team victories, etc.
REPORTING :
-
Support for monthly reports: sell-out reporting, competitive benchmarking, etc.

Support for budget presentations
DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER :
-
Implement an online strategy in conjunction with brick & mortar to ensure perfect e-merchandising on all TR Europe BtoB customers (approx. 80 sites): updating assortments, visual plan, deployment of international pages, implementation of story-telling, etc.

Creation of brand pages, follow-up banners and creation of banners with PS

Follow-up and update of social media pages, digital packages, digital magazines according to the House strategy and innovation plan.

Analysis of publications, follow-up of an e-retail evaluation grid and proposal for implementation of an associated action plan.
Profile
- Student in business, communication or university (Bac+4/5 profile).
- Experience required: Appetence for digital and ease with new technologies // A first significant experience in digital and/or operational marketing is appreciated and knowledge of the cosmetics market is valued.
- Skills: Organized, rigorous and pro-active. Comfortable working cross-functionally with the rest of the team and other departments involved in the missions: Marketing, Training, Commerce, Supply, Finance.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
This contractual internship is available from January 2026, for a period of 6 months.
