Position

La maison Guerlain, recherche pour son site de production de cosmétiques basé à Chartres (28) un(e) : STAGIAIRE INGENIEUR PRODUCTION (H/F) pour notre atelier de fabrication soin.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Fabrication, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, sécurité, qualité, logistique et industrialisation.

Job responsibilities

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous prendrez en charge une ou plusieurs résolutions de problèmes complexes
  • Vous optimiserez les modélisations de fabrication en pilotant des projets d’amélioration du rendement de fabrication et de nettoyage
  • Vous assisterez le Responsable fabrication dans la communication et la formation des équipes

Profile

- Vous suivez une formation Bac +5 type école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation produit-process ou génie des procédés.

- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en production et/ou en amélioration continue dans un univers industriel.

- Vous avez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles ainsi que de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de reporting. 

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) comme étant une personne organisée, méthodique, autonome, curieuse, orientée résultat et dynamique.
