As Wholesale Business Performance Intern, you will support the Wholesale Business Performance & Transformation team in managing daily operations—including management of client requests, performance reviews and updating project roadmaps —playing a key role in ensuring smooth execution across EMEA & Emerging Markets while gaining valuable exposure to the business side of the luxury fashion industry.

Job responsibilities

Data framework

  • Collaborate with the BP&T Department in maintaining our databases and reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team
  • Work closely with our wholesale clients to request and integrate data into our database in a timely manner
  • Participate in new projects to improve existing reports and dashboards based on user request

Global Performance review and analysis

  • Get involved in preparing the weekly and monthly team trade meetings for the global Wholesale team
  • Support our team members in conducting deep-dives of sales and stock performance per season, region, channel and/or stores to understand gaps and opportunities

Transformation projects

  • Assist our BT&P Manager in updating of our project roadmap and calendar
  • Follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management or similar.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Wholesale or Retail
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus.
  • Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Prior internship experience in wholesales or similar functions is preferred but not essential.
  • You must be eligible for an internship and, ideally, be able to sign an internship agreement with your University.
