Job Descriptions

  • Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the team is aligned as well
  • Supports the Store Manager in the optimization of the overall sales performance, motivating the team to drive the business, being a reference point toward the store team in the sales process and working for the continuous development of the team product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitors sales team closely in order to make the store team cohesive and coordinates its activities in order to constantly dispose of a motivated and competent human potential
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and leverage various clienteling tools to ensure the highest level of client experience and satisfaction.
  • Actively participates in managing all the critical situations related to the sales process and / or to the customers, so that are faced and solved in the best possible way
  • Understands the Company procedures for the store, oversees the daily store operations and supports Store Manager in manpower planning
  • Supervises the state of the stock activities and intervenes if required, coordinating the related team

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native-level Thai skills required. Fluent in English and other spoken, written languages is a plus
  • Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays
  • Native Cantonese speaker a must
