Position

During this 6-month internship you will be part of the EMEA marketing function and support the team in the coordination and execution of VIC (very important client) events and Clienteling initiatives across the region, with a strong focus on operational and logistical support in preparation for and during in-store and off-site experiences.
The role will also include assistance in reporting, KPI tracking, and database management.

Job responsibilities

Events & Clienteling Support

  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of in-store and out-of-store events, with a focus on logistics, materials preparation, guest lists, and on-site support
  • Help prepare event briefings and recap presentations
  • Support VIC gifting and other delighting activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution

Analytics & CRM

  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and regular reporting on VIC events performance and Clienteling initiatives
  • Support the team on CRM activities, including client list extractions and transforming data into actionable insights

Profile

  • MSc in Management, Marketing or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Genuine interest and sensibility for the luxury industry

Language skills: fluent in English; Italian or any additional language is considered a plus
