Durante questa esperienza di 6 mesi, opererai all'interno del team Customer Service sito a Quarona.

Job responsibilities

Avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze specifiche nel Servizio Clienti, ti formerai per identificare in modo proattivo e adeguato le richieste dei clienti e ti occuperai di tutte le richieste dei clienti, suggerirai possibili soluzioni, assisterai e li informerai sui prodotti, servizi e politiche di Loro Piana.

Nello specifico, durante questo stage sarai coinvolt* nelle seguenti attività:

Gestire le richieste dei clienti
Supportare il team durante la gestione di tutti gli ordini
Supportare il team durante le operazioni di inserimento dati e archiviazione
Occuparti di fatture, dichiarazioni e conferme
Supportare il team nelle richieste di rimborsi o scambi da parte dei clienti

Questo stage inizierà a Settembre 2025.
