Join Loro Piana's Avenue Manager In Training Program!

This 18-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.

During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the Maison’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.

The program is based in Italy and offers regional missions where applicable. Your development journey will begin at a selected Loro Piana boutique and continue in the head office.

Job responsibilities

The Avenue Manager In Training Program in Product Development & Pre-Industrialization offers a concrete opportunity to develop in-depth technical skills and become a product expert at Loro Piana.

Your journey will begin with a store induction, followed by intensive training within our Product Development department. You will immerse yourself in the crucial Pre-Industrialization phase, a key role in the success of our product lines. Through this experience, you will acquire an in-depth understanding of production processes and develop the skills necessary to technically manage the product lifecycle.

Profile

What are the eligibility criteria?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design & Product Development or a related field
- Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships
- Availability to start a full-time position by January 2026
- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in English, and Italian
- Willingness to travel and relocate globally
