SUMMER HOST/HOSTESS

A retail opportunity awaits at our prestigious Paseo de Gracia Barcelona store. Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Hostess/Host to join us in our store in the Summer Season with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and encourage small talks to discover their needs, guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support the store team with various tasks in store depending on the traffic.

Job responsibilities

• Experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail environment dealing with a diverse clientele.

• Has a welcoming attitude works well in a team setting, willing to provide help and satisfy customers to give them the best experience when entering our stores.

• Fluent Spanish & English

• Availability & Flexibility to work 40 hrs/week and weekends, from May to September.
