Louis Vuitton is seeking an organized, motivated Client Care Expert.
As a Client Care Expert, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special and strong focus on Service. You will ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. Leading by example, you will discover your Clients and their every need, guiding them in every aspect of Client Care and cultivate trusting relationships with them. Client Care Experts make sure our clients feel cherished, understood and a special part of the Louis Vuitton family at every step of their experience. As the voice of Client Services in the store, you will champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton, and mentor all teams to make the difference with every Client.

The ideal candidate will effectively communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations. You will ensure our Clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to an overall rewarding client experience. You will also work as a business partner with the Operations team to define smooth Back of House process and routine in order to support the Client Experience.
As Client Care Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Being an outstanding client advisor and technical expert.
- Promoting care services.
- Animating care services within the team.
- Be in charge of care services specific operations.
