Position

We are looking for a Employee Pay Payroll Specialist for a temporary position highly motivated with in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws. This person will act as an intermediary between the different countries where we operate and the local payroll providers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient payroll operations. The role will involve ensuring the accurate flow of payroll-related information between all parties involved. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, eager to learn about payroll systems in other countries, and proactive in a dynamic work environment.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Act as the liaison between HR teams, payroll service providers, and local tax authorities in the countries where we operate.
  • Support employees in all their doubts and needs
  • Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary payroll data from each country, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Ensure that payroll providers comply with local laws and regulations and work closely with them to resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on labor, tax, and social security laws in the countries where we operate, with a focus on Spanish legislation.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, acting as the primary point of contact between company staff and external payroll providers.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify potential improvements in payroll processes.
  • Ensure timely payment deadlines are met and provide accurate, detailed payroll reports to management.

Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing payroll, with a deep understanding of labor and tax regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external providers professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  • Proficiency in payroll management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Maternity Leave, available to start from August/September
