Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated, curious, and talent-focused Seasonal, Full Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator at our Southeast Regional office based in Miami, FL. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure acquisition of top talent while maintaining an elevated candidate experience.

Job responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Event Management: Coordinate recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  
  
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  
  
• Communication & Collaboration: Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
  
  
• Online Presence: Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.) to source and engage top talent.
  
  
• ATS Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system.
  
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide support.

Profile

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a strong recruitment background. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment and has a proven track record of attracting top talent, ideally within a retail setting. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience conducting in-person and telephone interviews
