Job responsibilities

As a HORIZON (Manager in Training), you will participate in a unique retail program (+/-18 months) where you will be coached, trained and developed in different phases to become a retail manager, professional of tomorrow. For this unique path, you will be supported by our leadership teams, HR and your mentor, who will provide you guidance to succeed on this exciting journey.

At least 2 year post-graduate experiences in a customer service environment and is excited to to take each day and every experience as a learning opportunity:

  • To act as a role model, be a team player, have proven leadership skills and is a problem solver,
  • To be passionate about retail, have a client-centric mindset and is inspired to create extraordinary moments for customers,
  • To have an affinity for KPIs and can use numbers as a basis for appropriate initiatives to drive your business,
  • To be able to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-changing environment,
  • Strong command of English; strong command of  a Nordic language is an advantage.
  • To be agile and willing to relocate abroad as it is part of the HORIZONS program.

Recruitment process

  • Following the submission of your application, you will receive the first feedback on your application via email.
  • Successful applicants will be moving to the first steps of the recruitment process, to complete an EasyRecrue video interview. Please keep an eye on your emails as the invitation will be sent from ICIMS.
  • Following the video interview, there will be (minimum) three rounds of interviews either via Zoom or in person (with Store Management team and HR).
