Job responsibilities
As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the store team to drive business and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Develop Managers by providing consistent coaching, identifying training needs, and partnering to tailor action plans.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent to secure future leaders for the company, focusing on succession planning.
- Organize the team efficiently based on business needs, delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
- Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets, assess performance, and manage progress toward goals.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that empowers innovative solutions, motivates the team, and encourages collaboration.
- Manage and coach Managers in developing their own teams.
Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of success.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with a preference for managing other managers
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Exceptional client service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to be a role model of the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
