As a Retail Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our regional offices and stores. You will provide comprehensive support across various functions, contributing to the overall success of our business. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in finance, administration, and project management while working collaboratively with a diverse team.

The Retail Support Coordinator will be based onsite at our Union Square or Valley Fair location and will report directly to the Senior Regional Operations Manager.

Job responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to the success of our retail operations through a variety of key responsibilities:

SAP Management:

    • Manage the SAP function, including creating vendor payments and processing invoices.
    • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and LV finance corporate partners.

Administrative Support:

    • Manage administrative responsibilities for the regional office.
    • Support the Regional Vice President with calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.

Project and Event Support:

    • Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events.
    • Support the organization and execution of operational projects such as store renovations, store openings, and inventory initiatives.

Operational Assistance:

    • Support the Director of Operations on operational objectives as needed.
    • Work with the operations team to ensure stores are within budget and manage expenses.

Office Management:

    • Monitor and maintain the office facility, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain communication with property management.

Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting retail operations and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $30-$36, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Chicago regional office and will require an on-site schedule.
