Position

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Inventory Operations Manager to champion operational excellence across our retail network. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with store leadership, regional teams, and corporate partners to enhance inventory accuracy, procedural compliance, and internal control effectiveness.

Job responsibilities

Acting as the subject matter expert in inventory operations, you will mentor and guide store teams through hands-on consultation and strategic planning. By driving consistency and best practices, you will empower retail teams to focus on what matters most—delivering an exceptional Client Experience.

You will mentor store management and staff by providing non-selling consultation to create action plans to ensure audit readiness. You will develop and challenge the team to ensure inventory operational excellence. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.

Profile

Drive Inventory Excellence

  • Lead and drive operational performance of inventory flows and accuracy, inventory optimization and training through hands on hand coaching in store and partnering with retail leadership
  • Lead the region in individual store inventory accuracy and integrity plans through analysis, teams, & process to reduce:
    • Shrink in close partnership with AP community
    • Compliance on Company policy and procedure with retail leadership
    • Shop soil

 

Team Development

  • Support Retail Management, and regional leadership by providing consistent coaching, helping to identify the team's development and training needs
  • Lead, train and develop IO team and be accountable for all aspects of managing inventory in all stores within the region

 

Project Management

  • Lead operational projects for the zone and region in partnership with Client Relations, Client Development, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain & Logistics (Crafting Dreams, regional events, etc.)

 

 

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
