Louis Vuitton is seeking a driven, analytical, and curious intern to join the South Asia Logistics & Warehouse team. In this role, the intern will be an instrumental catalyst for process optimization, serving as a key driver in modernizing warehouse and logistics workflows.

By partnering directly with zone and country stakeholders, the intern will help streamline supply chain operations to ensure our iconic creations reach stores with uncompromised speed, efficiency, and precision. Job responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Analytics

  • Data Consolidation & Analytics: Centralize and analyze data across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases to uncover operational trends and serve as the analytical backbone for warehouse operations.
  • Dashboard & KPI Tracking: Partner with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to design and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for optimization.
  • Reporting & Visualizations: Translate complex warehouse data into clear, impactful ad-hoc reports and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that continuously elevate supply chain efficiency.

Logistics & Compliance

  • End-to-End CITES Management: Manage and optimize the workflow for CITES shipping documentation (certification for exotic products), covering applications, cancellations, renewals, and proactive troubleshooting for potential gaps.
  • Internal Sales Events & ATA Carnets: Support internal sales events by managing inventory on SAP (including post-event processing for ATA Carnets and Temporary Imports) to guarantee seamless alignment between physical stock movement and system records.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Oversee pending incoming shipments across all transportation modes to ensure smooth, on-time delivery into Singapore.
  • Process Enhancement: Partner with the Logistics team to review current workloads, identify inefficiencies, and champion process improvements that enhance daily operational productivity. 

Profile

  • 2-year undergraduate curriculum completed, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline, with strong quantitative focus.
  • MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
  • PowerBI knowledge, programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be an advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Inquisitive, open-minded and ability to see opportunities. 
  • Organized, meticulous and data oriented. Possess reliability in his/her analysis.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Team spirit with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being accountable.
  • Efficient presentation skills.
  • Ability to present meaning of data in an analytically manner.
