Communications Intern, South Asia

Position

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent.

As a Fashion Communications Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the luxury fashion industry by supporting press sample coordination, media monitoring, event planning, and daily communications tasks. The internship aims to strengthen your skills in media relations, content development, and reporting, while offering opportunities to engage with stylists, press, and editors. You will develop organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both local, regional and global initiatives of the Communications team. 

Job responsibilities

Press Sample Coordination

• Support the allocation of press samples for local and regional photo shoot requests from South Asia PR.
• Handle packing, courier arrangements, inspection, and related administrative documentation.

Press Rack Management

• Organize and maintain the press rack, ensuring timely circulation and updates with regional counterparts.
• Update and organize the regional press rack folder to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Media Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor print and digital editorial coverage across regional top titles on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Consolidate press coverage reports from all South Asia markets for monthly submission to Central HQ in Paris.

Event Support

• Assist in pre-event planning, including liaising with vendors and coordinating logistics.
• Provide on-ground operational support during press and image events.

 Administrative & Ad Hoc Support

• Assist with day-to-day communications administration and documentation.
• Provide support for any additional communication-related duties as assigned by the team.

  • Keen to learn about brand communications, media relations, and event management.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Articulate, confident, and comfortable speaking with different stakeholders.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with stylists, press, media, and editors.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to assist with the preparation of reports and presentation slides.
• Professional Qualities
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to meet new people.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Additional information

• Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office.
