Job responsibilities

The Digital & Tech Project Manager Assistant will support the Digital & Tech Acceleration team in its mission to set up and deploy the LVMH Digital & Tech Acceleration Initiatives for our 75 Maisons worldwide and will work on diverse topics with the other members of the team.

About the Role:

Join LVMH's Digital & Tech Acceleration team driving Digital & Tech initiatives across our 75 brands. You'll support the creation and deployment of innovative acceleration programs.

 Key Responsibilities:

 AI-Powered Content: Create engaging content (text, visuals, video, audio) using AI and creative tools.

Project Management: Assist with planning, budget, and qualitative delivery of projects.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Digital, Tech, Legal, Communication, Retail, Supply-Chain,…) and external partners.

Communication & events: Support communication campaigns and community engagement as well as events (online & offline)

Testing, Feedback, and reports: Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to improve each project. Support in the KPIS analysis and reports/statistics.

 What We're Looking For:

• Master's student in Digital/Communication.

• Passion for project management, AI, and digital content creation.

• Fluent/Bilingual English, proficient in MS Office and AI tools.

• Bonus: Experience with AI, CMS (Lumapps), LMS (360 Learning), design and filmmaking tools.

• Experience in leading & managing events is also appreciated

• Analytical, proactive, and a team player.

Profile

• • Master student in Digital/Communication school with interest in project management, AI, design, creation, content, IT, digital, business and solution mindset
  • Experience in digital fields/digital-advertising-event agency and learning programs appreciated
  • Strong Interest in the luxury industry
  • Fluent/Bilingual English, Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and AI tools
  • Use of Content/Learning/Event Management Tools is appreciated (ex: Sharepoint, Lumapps, 360 Learning,…)
  • Knowledge of design and film making tools & AI creative tools is a real differentiator (ex: Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut, Clipchamp, Figma, Mid-Journey, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…) – a sense of “creativity” is highly valued
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality execution (eye on details)
  • Resourcefulness with strong listening skills and a collaborative team spirit
  • Proactive, with a willingness to share ideas and critical mindset
  • Solution-oriented and detailed-focused
