Position

Taking care of repair requests for jewelry brands, related administrative work, and take telephone inquiries.

宝飾ブランドにおける修理受付業務とそれに付随する事務作業及び、電話問合せ対応

Job responsibilities

1) Repair reception (including light work such as input, inspection, shipping)

2) Telephone and Email inquiries.

• Contents of calls and emails: 1) Inquiries about our brands (Jewelry and watches), (Product inquiries, online purchase inquiries, repair-related inquiries, etc.), 2) In-house contact point for after-sales service
• Incoming features: 1) Incoming calls from end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients, 2) Respond to customer complaints

• 入電、メールの内容：1) 弊社 取扱ブランドの宝飾品に関する問合せ窓口 (製品問い合わせ、修理関連問い合わせ、オンライン購入に関する問い合わせ等), 2) アフターセールスサービスにおける社内外問合せ窓口
• 入電の特徴：1)  店舗、エンドユーザーより入電, 2) クレーム一時応対

Profile

[Required skills]

• Having experience of treating Jewelry products(highly recommended having jewelry inspection, or certified GG.)
• More than 2 years of customer service experience, such as customer service and sales experience (experience in luxury consumer goods including jewelry and watches is desirable)
• English skills. Ability to communicate directly with overseas staff, especially regarding document creation and reading comprehension
• Have a good understanding of compliance and be able to respond in accordance with the rules
• Basic office processing skills and PC skills (mainly using Excel, Salesforce, etc.)
• Blind touch is possible (to operate the screen while receiving a call)
• Those who are accustomed to careful work such as precision machinery and jewelry

• Experienced in handling delicate and sensitive products.

 

【求めるスキル】　

• 宝飾品の取扱経験のある方。（宝飾品の検品、GGの資格所持者は特に歓迎）
• 接客・販売経験など、お客様対応経験2年以上を持つこと（宝飾・時計含む高級消費財での経験が望ましい）
• 英語力。特に文書作成と読解について、海外担当者と直接やり取りができるレベル
• コンプライアンスについて十分な理解があり、ルールに沿った対応が出来ること
• 基本的な事務処理能力およびPCスキル（エクセルスキル要）
• ブラインドタッチが可能であること（電話を受けながら、画面操作を行う為）
• 精密機械や宝飾品など慎重な作業に慣れている方
