Job responsibilities
Reporting to Private Client Director, this Private Client Manager will generate, lead and implement commercial strategies to increase existing business and capture new opportunities through nurturing key relationships with (U)HNWIs and extending personalized service. This role will assist the Private Client Director and Private Sales team in planning and executing business strategies encompassing strategic partnerships, brand campaign activations, CRM and other initiatives. They will drive prestige portfolio performance through the achievement of sales targets, client acquisition and project management through direct connections, luxury events and collaboration with local and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy specific to (U)HNWI and VIP engagement to achieve the business growth
- Identify new sales opportunities for new business development and recommend actions for brand initiatives
- Build strong customer relationships with premium partners for new recruitment of (U)HNWI and private clients
- Achieve budgeted sales turnover, profitability ratios, brand awareness KPI’s and other brand’s health indicators.
- Propose brand solutions in line with pricing, visibility and resource parameters
- Be able to represent the portfolio of brands through event hosting and personal introduction, delivering a credible and confident brand message
Key Selection Criteria:
- Relevant experience in private client management in luxury retail or luxury alcoholic industries. Possessing (U)HNWIs and VIP networks and an appreciation for quality, luxury, and brands is preferable
- Ability to represent the brands to consumers through Ambassadorial duties, event hosting and personal introduction
- Strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial spirits to seize and exploit commercial opportunities
- An independent yet collaborative team player, self-starter, motivated, customer focused and results oriented
- A good communicator with interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders across global, regional and local markets
- Creative, lateral thinking, strong in planning and implementation
- Fluent in English with proficiency of other Asian languages will be highly preferrable
