Working Student in Human Resources (m/f/d)

Job responsibilities

Supporting the Human Resources department in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with:

• Applicant management (creating and managing job postings, maintaining the applicant pool, supporting candidate selection, coordinating interviews)
• Employer branding (e.g., participation in and support at recruiting fairs)
• Employee support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (including onboarding and offboarding administration, preparation of HR-related documents, master data maintenance in the system, applying for A1 certificates)
• Assisting in process improvements
• Supporting global HR projects as well as taking on small independent projects

Additionally, you will gain comprehensive insights into the diverse HR tasks and support national and international projects (CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.).

Profile

Your profile:

• Student of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree program
• Ideally, some practical experience in HR
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Qualities such as absolute confidentiality, high commitment combined with independent work and reliability
