Job responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to support the international Travel Retail business, including the demand & supply planning of 2 key markets: Heinemann and Nordics Region.

You will support both the Senior Key Account Manager and Key Account Managers on a daily basis with Business Administration & Development topics.

You will also have the opportunity to support some trade marketing activations.

Supply & Logistics

• Manage forecasting tools and update volume files
• Ensure product listings and updates in customer programs

Finance

• Manage invoices and budget tracking
• Support KAM with price list updates

Sales

• Assist with order management based on supply capacity and client allocation
• Analyze brand performance for assortment reviews
• Prepare reports on sell-in/sell-out and market share

Marketing

• Manage POSM orders and deliveries
• Support marketing activations and ad-hoc presentations

Profile

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent ! We think you’ll fit in great with us if you have..

• Currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor/Master program
• At least one relevant experience in the consumer goods sector, ideally in the Wine & Spirits or luxury industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Anaplan, or SAP is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English; German and/or French is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of retail, consumer journey, and consumer experience
• Solution- and results-driven, proactive, and independent with a high level of rigor and organization
• Highly collaborative and a strong team player, able to foster positive relationship
• Agility to work in a complex and fast-moving environment
