Your Impact:
As a Retail & Client Development Intern, you will be pivotal to the retail strategy of Parfums Christian Dior within the LVMH Group, the world leader in luxury. You will ensure operational excellence, drive retail activation, and uphold high brand image execution standards across the Nordic market (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, & Finland), supporting both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale (WS) channels. The objective of this position is to ensure operational excellence, exceptional client experiences, retail performance follow-up and high standards in execution across the Nordic market.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high paced environment within luxury beauty sector.
Job responsibilities
Retail Activation & Support (60%)
- Contributing to planning and executing point of sales (department stores counters & Boutique) activations, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting store openings/closings & daily operations via back-office field support & coordinate material shipments to sales teams, including tracking: incentives, uniforms, and training materials.
- Support Commercial & Retail teams on ad-hoc projects linked to point of sales execution and product referencing.
Client Development (40%)
- Coordinating in planning, execution and analysis of CRM campaigns across the full customer journey.
- Adapting and optimizing newsletters and other CRM communications in line with local market requirements and international brand guidelines.
- Supporting segmentation analysis to derive targeted marketing actions and creating clienteling campaigns in Adobe Client Console.
- Participate in CRM team meetings, preparing and monitoring performance based on Nordics objectives for CRM & Clienteling KPIs.
