WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

The E-commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and projects of the Ecommerce business in Japan.He/she has a proven track record for project

management and will be responsible formerchandising the site, implementing UX optimizations, implementing projects on the IT roadmap, and analyzing key figures.

This role will report to the e-commerce & CRM Senior Manager, work alongside the e-commerce

specialist and client service team by providing strategy and support. This role will be cross

functional with retail, marketing, logistics, and client care team.

Job responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:

Website Management:

・Create and implement UX updates alongside the customer experience manager in adherence with product launches, shipment delays, promotional/marketing activities, and relevant content

・Manage product merchandising in adherence with the regional marketing calendar and delivery schedule.

・Participate in UAT for site updates, product launches, A/B testing, and partnership implementations

・ Translate/ proof-read copy pertaining to newsletter sends and the site including but not limited to product descriptions, listing pages, and web forms.

・Leverage analytics insights and data to optimize page listings, site content, and UX journeys for conversion and engagement

・Implement strategies that will ensure RIMOWA.COM delivers a best-in-class shopping experience across all devices and platforms through site optimization tests and competitive analysis

IT Roadmap:

・Manage the vetting, implementation, presentation, operations, and launch of IT projects and partnerships

Analysis:

・Build out KPIs in weekly and ad hoc reports on Ecommerce and omni efforts, mining data for qualitative data and providing analyses to improve future performance.

Inventory Operations and Logistics:

・Work with the planning team to ensure allocations and replenishments are up to date

・Communicate any key marketing and site updates that would result in tense product quantities, high demand, and overages to aid the planners

Profile

PROFILE:

We would like to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least four to five years of experience working on an e-commerce platform and knowledge of performance marketing.

Furthermore, we seek:

・Business level Japanese and English skill

・Comprehensive understanding of luxury clientele and language

・ Ecommerce back end systems knowledge a plus

・Experience in a performance marketing agency a plus

・ Preferred experience in Sales force commerce cloud

・Advanced excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

・Ability to work under pressure and diplomatically address and control challenging situations

・ Strong communication, verbal, and analytical skills

・Strong sense of teamwork, ability to multi-task, and manage priorities with ease

・Ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability

・A keen listener, capable of receiving feedback and pivoting strategy with agility and analytical aptitude
