Are you a dynamic storyteller with a passion for crafting engaging narratives and visually stunning content? The Internal Communications and Engagement Intern is responsible for the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns and engagement programmes across LVMH Beauty UK & Ireland.

This role offers someone the chance to plan, edit, and deliver all internal communications on platforms including intranet, email, internal social platforms (e.g., Instagram), LinkedIn, events (in person and virtual), digital screens, and more.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping how we connect with our talent, leveraging your expertise in visual communication, building communities, digital trends, and compelling content creation.

This role is perfect for refining your communications skills and gaining a wide range of experience. You'll need to be confident, creative, energetic, and commercially aware.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Visual Storytelling: Design and execute visually stunning internal and external communications campaigns. (e.g. presentations, videos, interactive digital content.)
  • Social media & Digital Engagement: Drive engaging content strategies across internal social platforms, company-wide digital channels, and LinkedIn, fostering a sense of community.
  • Event Experience Design: Organise and deliver unforgettable employee engagement events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that are not just informative, but also inspiring and interactive.
  • Brand Advocacy & Culture: Champion our brand values and EVP, fostering a vibrant company culture through creative campaigns that highlight employee success, promote diversity, equity & inclusion, and celebrate our collective achievements.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Proactively identify emerging communication trends, digital tools, and creative methodologies to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various teams across the organization, to ensure a cohesive and impactful communication roadmap.
  • Editorial Calendar & Data: Maintain and update the communications and events calendar, trackers and advise on appropriate timing for messages.

Profile

Skills & Expertise

  • Highly Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Visual Communication & Creative Vision: Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing, impactful, and brand-aligned communications.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages, adapting tone and style for diverse internal audiences and platforms.
  • Digital & Social Media Engagement: Strong understanding of digital communication channels and internal social media best practices, with a proven track record in developing and managing engaging online content.
  • Event Design & Production: Experience in conceptualising, planning, and executing events.
  • Video Production & Editing: Proven ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content.
  • Organisational & Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality and detail.
  • Interpersonal & Collaboration: Excellent ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, and inspire others with your creative energy.
  • Proactivity & Growth Mindset: A curious and innovative mindset that embraces change, seeks out new technologies, and proactively brings fresh, creative ideas to the table, coupled with a strong understanding of internal communication best practices.
  • Attention to Detail & Proofreading: Meticulous attention to detail in all creative outputs, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and flawless execution.
  • Administrative Support and Data Tracking

Desirables

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with managing digital communication channels, video production and editing tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative design and communication projects.

This role reports to the Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist within the Human Resources Department.
