YOUR MISSION

As a HR&GA Coordinator, you will play a key role in to ensure efficient daily operations and provide comprehensive administrative, HR, and executive support for TAG Heuer Korea. Based in Seoul, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Sr. HR Manager.

Start date: 29. June.2026 or As soon as possible

Job responsibilities

  • HR Support : Assist with HR Data management, recruitment scheduling, and general HR administrative tasks.
  • Office Administration : Manage office maintenance, supplies, invoice processing, and visitor reception.
  • Executive Assistance : Provide calendar management and administrative support to the General Manager.

Profile

  • Relevant experience in administration, HR support, or executive assistance. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Korean and English fluent) and strong interpersonal attitude to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • As part of the LVMH LIFE360 program aimed at reducing LVMH’s ecological impact, which includes a Green IT vertical, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in environmental issues related to Green IT and be eager to be trained and to implement associated best practices
