As Store Planning & Retail Design Procurement Manager (M/F), you will drive operational excellence across the Store Design & Visual Merchandising department. Acting as a transversal partner to both the Store Design and VM & Scenography teams, you will be responsible for improving project performance through Value Engineering, supplier strategy, cost optimization and process excellence. You will support the worldwide delivery of boutiques, VM programs, pop-ups and client event scenography, ensuring the best balance between brand impact, quality, cost, lead time and operational efficiency.

Job responsibilities
- Drive transversal excellence initiatives across the Store Design and VM & Scenography teams to continuously improve project performance, efficiency and ways of working.
- Lead Value Engineering initiatives to optimize quality, cost and execution while preserving the Maison's creative intent and premium standards.
- Define and implement the supplier strategy across retail construction, VM production, pop-ups and client event scenography, including supplier selection, tendering, negotiations and performance management.
- Manage the department's operational performance by developing cost benchmarks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX performance, challenge project budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization across all retail projects and activations.
- Optimize production strategies, sourcing models, batch management and worldwide deployment to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency.
- Develop and continuously improve departmental processes, governance, standards and operational tools.
- Identify innovative materials, technologies and production solutions that enhance operational performance, sustainability and long-term value.
- Work closely with markets, regional teams and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence worldwide.
Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent, with at least 8–10 years of experience in Retail Development, Store Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising production, supplier management or operational performance, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong understanding of retail construction, VM production and temporary retail activations.
- Proven experience in supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, RFQs, Value Engineering and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical, operational and financial acumen, with experience in project management, KPI development and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical and commercial teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen and a continuous improvement approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
