Position
Louis Vuitton, a renowned leader in the luxury industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Manager to join our esteemed team in Shanghai. As Digital Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our transformation and enhancing our online presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that align with our brand's values and objectives.
Responsibilities
· Be responsible for comprehensive digital technical solution with the target to empower our omnichannel business and drive exclusive user journey for internal & external client;
· Lead technical capability design which could benefit for both Retail & eRetail business to drive automation, efficiency and intelligence;
· Lead the implementation of continuous solution iteration and enriching digital capacity category that is aligned with our business needs and agile enough to adapt to emerging technologies with cross function team;
· Engage with business team to identify opportunities to optimize our digital solution from operational process/user journey to integrated tools;
· Manage digital solution/projects with excellence delivery and ensuring timeline, quality & budget to enhance digital experience and drive omni-channel experience by collaborating with both global & local cross-function team and also 3rd party suppliers;
· Work with the software development teams and partners to ensure that design choices are made with an understanding of the overall solution, minimize technology complexity, reduce tech debts and avoid duplication of capabilities;
· Lead and drive the change management with cross function team and business team to ensure a smooth transition;
· Build standardized monitoring mechanism crossing all the local customer solution, collaborating with solution owner to enhance digital solution robustness in an effective way;
· Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in digital technology to continuously improve our digital capabilities;
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
· Proven experience in building end-to-end digital solutions from concept to delivery, preferably in the Omni-channel/MA experience;
· Experience in designing distributed, service-oriented, micro-services style and cloud based systems, with focus on scalability, maintainability and extensibility;
· Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.
· The ability to convince the advantages and disadvantages of technique/solution selection based on good business acumen.
· Team work spirit is indispensable, help team members to solve difficult problems and achieve higher objectives.
· Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Passion for luxury retail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
