Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Talent Management
- Participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in the recruitment system
2.HR Operations and Data Management
- Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures
- Support daily HR system operations, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting
3.Employee Activities Co-creation and Execution
- Collaborate in designing and implementing employee activities to promote a positive company culture
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written)
- Prior assistant experience in HR is a plus
- Strong interpersonal sensitivity and curiosity, with adaptability and resilience
- Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
