岗位职责：
- 通过电话、邮件和在线沟通的方式提供符合品牌标准的高品质服务，激发客户对品牌和产品的渴望
- 推进和完成个人和团队各项工作目标，包括销售指标
- 利用客户关系工具，发掘客户的需求，建立和维护所负责的客户
- 能够不断提升工作能力和技巧，持续完善工作绩效，包括电话接听率、服务品质监测等品牌和产品专业建议
岗位要求：
- 大专以上学历，有1-2年的客户呼叫中心工作经历，或零售、高端服务业经验
- 有良好的服务意识、抗压能力和情绪管理能力
- 出色的人际沟通能力，具备出色的线上销售技巧和客户维系能力
- 时尚敏锐度高，有一定的造型搭配意识
- 良好的团队合作精神，工作踏实认真，学习能力强
- 普通话标准，英语口语良好，熟练操作办公自动化软件
- 由于服务中心工作时间特殊性，本岗位需要轮班工作（8小时制早、晚班排班）
