The next stop on our voyage to exceptional destinations around the LVMH group is Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. Set in the heart of the prestigious Jardin Alpin, the ski-in ski-out Maison opens its doors every winter when the snowflakes start to fall. This season Cheval Blanc Courchevel re-opens on December 12th unveiling a host of surprises.

Located at the foot of “Les Trois Vallées”, the world’s largest ski domain, the ski resort of Courchevel has welcomed mountain aficionados since 1950 and was a natural choice for the first Maison Cheval Blanc. With just 36 elegant rooms and suites designed by Sybille de Margerie, Cheval Blanc Courchevel is an intimate and inviting haven exquisitely decorated with noble materials such as leather, bronze and brass. Artworks by Xavier Veilhan and Bruno Peinado welcome guests at the Maison’s entrance.

Every morning, the Cheval Blanc team arranges each guest’s ski equipment by the slopes and pre-warms their ski boots. In the kitchens, Chef Yannick Alléno and his team create delicious specialties to delight guests after a day of outdoor winter sports. The Maison is also home to a Cheval Blanc Spa with signature treatments by Guerlain to pampering body and mind. Entirely rebuilt for the 2014-2015 season, the brand new 315-sqm Chalet is a sublime haven with a private spa and its own projection room.

Cheval Blanc Randheli which opened in the Maldives in November 2013 and Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France which will join the portfolio in October 2014 complete the Cheval Blanc Collection.
