In the recently released It’s Everyone’s Business series, talents at LVMH around the world talk about how their distinctive differences add up to collective strength for the entire organization. Now the Group’s leaders go on camera to answer questions put to them by none other than LVMH talents themselves.

In this episode of It’s our leaders’ business, Chantal Gaemperle, LVMH Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Synergies, acts as their spokesperson, relaying questions about an issue she has long championed, the position of women within the Group. She asks her colleagues on the LVMH Executive Committee about their commitment to gender equity. LVMH Group Managing Director Toni Belloni, Chief Financial Officer Jean-Jacques Guiony and Stéphane Bianchi, Chairman and CEO of LVMH’s Watches & Jewelry Division, all respond to the questions asked by our talents.

Women currently account for 71% of the LVMH workforce, and the Group is committed to achieving parity in key positions and salary equity worldwide by 2025. We will continue our action, steadfast and determined, until this objective is achieved.
