For more than 50 years Sephora has been helping people find beauty products that cater to all their needs by reinventing beauty every day. This art of innovation reaches another level with the launch of the new Good For selection – over a thousand products available in stores that let customers find products with eco-designed packaging, that are recyclable and/or are made with natural products or are vegan-friendly.

Sephora has for many years expanded its offer to discover the latest trends and anticipate customer desires, proposing products that emphasize the benefits of natural ingredients and self-care, and which help protect the environment.

Sephora has always offered a wide and varied range of products that meet everyone’s individual needs. Many products available exclusively at Sephora stores are made from natural ingredients or are free of animal-derived ingredients, and more and more come in eco-designed packaging.

To showcase this exceptional offering, Sephora has introduced the new Good For program, featuring more than a thousand products in store with four green labels: Good For You, Good For A Better Planet, Good For Vegan and Good For Recycling. The labels make it easier than ever for people to find products whose formulas have a minimum of 90% ingredients from natural origin, that come in eco-designed packaging, that are made with sustainably sourced ingredients, are vegan-friendly and free of animal-derived ingredients, or are good for recycling.

Some skincare and makeup brands already available at Sephora stores for many years will adopt these green labels to better guide customers. They include a selection of products by LVMH Maisons sold at Sephora: Capture Totale Cell Energy serum from Parfums Christian Dior bears the Good For You label, the new ROUGE ARTIST lipstick from Make Up For Ever is Good For Vegan, and Acqua di Parma’s Colonia Futura fragrance is labeled Good For A Better Planet, for example.

At the same time, Sephora’s We Care For Good  program, launched two years ago, has been completely revamped to engage with responsible beauty, adopting transparent information on the composition of products in the Sephora Collection range (We Care For Good Formulas), as well as details on responsibly designed packaging (We Care For Good Packaging) and concrete actions at every level across Sephora to help preserve natural ecosystems (We Care For Good Ways Of Doing).

This new Good For initiative fits with the broader Sephora Stands initiative, which encompasses all Sephora commitments to exemplary corporate and social responsibility. These actions invite Sephora teams to join together behind a shared goal: build a better, more eco-conscious world.
