Hublot Watch Week 2021

For the second edition of LVMH Watch Week, Hublot delights fans of horological innovation. New models headlined by the Big Bang Unico Integral Ceramic, the Big Bang One Click 33mm and the Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic Orange Sapphire embody Hublot’s signature “Art of Fusion”.

Hublot spotlights the emblematic codes that have earned the brand global renown over the past 40 years, releasing exclusive new models for LVMH Watch Week 2021. Scratch-resistant ceramic is a cutting-edge material of choice for Hublot to protect its mechanisms and withstand the effects of time. For the Big Bang Unico Integral Ceramic, this exceptional material is more stylish than ever in white, navy blue and gray.  Both harder and lighter than steel, this difficult to machine high-tech material is used to create virtually every element: the case, the bezel, the case-back and the bracelet. Thanks to its hypoallergenic properties and low thermal conductivity, the watch is a delight to wear, in perfect harmony with the skin. The Big Bang Unico Integral Ceramic is instantly recognizable thanks to its single material, monochrome color and monobloc architecture, with a bracelet fused to the case. The case provides ultimate protection for the V2 incarnation of the Unico proprietary manufacture movement, the  HUB 1280.

UNICO INTEGRAL CERAMIC

Another emblematic Hublot material is rubber. “For almost ten years, Hublot has been one of the only brands to use natural rubber to make watch straps that are recognized by enthusiasts as the Hublot signature style,” says Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot. “The soft and supple touch of this unexpected material in haute horlogerie is an additional asset to the range of colors that appeals to fans of precision and elegance.”

The Big Bang One Click 33mm is offered in either steel or King Gold, opening up an array of style possibilities thanks to interchangeable color straps. This masculine-feminine model set with diamonds on the bezel instantly changes look with a single click. The character of the timepiece is further affirmed by the HUB1120 automatic movement with the date at 3 o’clock, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour over 40 consecutive hours.

Hublot is renowned as well for innovation in colors and sapphires. The exclusive transparent, black, yellow, blue and red shades for Hublot watchcases are now joined by the Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic Orange Sapphire. This dynamic orange shade marks an exciting world first. Faithful to the “Art of Fusion”, this aesthetic innovation is joined by technical prowess for the new self-wining tourbillon movement, along with a micro-rotor visible through the case and three sapphire bridges. This cutting-edge limited edition is being released in just 50 pieces, embodying Hublot’s winning spirit and unparalleled expertise.
