LVMH has consolidated its position as the preferred employer among students of French business schools in the latest Universum ranking. The Group’s No. 1 position is a sign of recognition of the exceptional attractiveness of LVMH and its Maisons.
This latest ranking caps a rewarding week, following the release of the LinkedIn Top Companies list, which recognizes in particular LVMH’s presence on social media:
- LVMH is No.1 on the LinkedIn France Top Companies list
- LVMH for the first time made the US LinkedIn Top Companies list as No. 1 French company in the luxury and consumer goods sector.
These results reflect the remarkable dynamism of the Group and our extremely attractive HR policy, along with the myriad career development opportunities available to the talent who joins LVMH.
The Universum ranking is also the result of ambitious and innovative relations forged with students and their schools. The INSIDE LVMH Program is an example of that. This groundbreaking digital platform proposes a 360° discovery of LVMH’s many métiers for students at the top 50 European schools and universities. The end of the program will be celebrated with the 200 students who performed the best, on May 3, 2018 at LVMH headquarters in Paris at 22 Avenue Montaigne.
