The Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography runs from April 27 to May 1 this year. The LVMH Group is sponsoring the festival for the 19th consecutive year. Held in the stunning Villa Noailles, the festival is a crossroads of contemporary creativity in fashion, photography and the plastic arts. LVMH will for the first time this year also sponsor a photography exhibition featuring the work of 2017 Photography Jury President Tim Walker.

LVMH is providing support for the 32nd Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography. As the event’s first private sector partner, the LVMH Group helps preserve artistic heritage and encourage the emergence of new talents. Created in 1985, this event has become a must for young fashion designers and photographers.

LVMH and the Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography share the values of excellence, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit that inspire the development of LVMH Maisons and the finalists selected at each edition of the festival. The event presents runway shows by ten designers competing for the Fashion Grand Prize. Both the young talents in this year’s competition and previous finalists also display their creations in a showroom in Villa Noailles, which France’s Ministry of Culture recently designated a national arts landmark.

The honorary guest this year is Tim Walker, President of the 2017 Photography Jury. The photographer, whose credits include campaigns for Miss Dior perfume, has conceived an exhibition specially for the festival in the Villa Noaille squash court entitled “The Mirror”. The exhibition is sponsored by LVMH.
