For the eighth consecutive year LVMH has been ranked No. 1 in the 2016 Trendence Graduate Barometer and remains the preferred employer among students at French business schools.
The study by the German research firm Trendence measures the attractiveness of employers among students in over 30 countries. The survey in France covered 200 schools and 27,000 students and was conducted in partnership with the magazines L’Express and L’Etudiant. The results show that the top factors that shape the young generation’s choices remain motivating work, career growth opportunities and a good working environment.
This award reflects longstanding initiatives by LVMH to establish its position as an employer of choice. In 2016 LVMH also topped the Universum ranking, based on the same criteria and received the Randstad Award for the most attractive company in its category in France.
