Rose enobled by Acqua di Parma

Rosa Nobile is an enveloping new fragrance from Acqua di Parma starring the sublime centifolia rose, created by François Demachy.

The rose is the latest flower to join Acqua di Parma’s Nobili collection, which celebrates noble Italian gardens, joining iris, magnolia and gelsomino. François Demachy, olfactory development director for LVMH Fragrance Brands, is renowned for his floral scents. For Rosa Nobile he has crafted a rich bouquet that reveals the intensity of the queen of flowers. Citrus notes underline its freshness, while accords of violet, peony and lily-of-the-valley reveal harmonious elegance. The depth of emotion continues in the base notes of cedar and ambergris.

To compose the fragrance, Acqua di Parma selected an exclusively Italian rose, the centifolia, hand-picked at dawn between May and June in a special rose garden in Piedmont. Six hundred kilos of these precious buds are needed to produce a single kilo of rose absolute, making Rosa Nobile truly exceptional.
