Summer products: Big Bang Unico Italia Independent from Hublot

In less than ten years, Hublot’s Big Bang has become a watchmaking icon. Now the watch is available in an exclusive new material called Texalium®, created from the association of carbon fiber and aluminum. The case retains the lightness of carbon fiber while offering remarkable brilliance and colorways, thanks to aluminum. Available in grey or blue, the watch was designed in collaboration with Italia Independent, the Italian sunglasses brand founded by Lapo Elkann. The watch is equipped with the inhouse manufactured Unico chronograph movement, entirely designed, machined and assembled by Hublot watchmakers. With its denim fabric strap, the Big Bang Unico Italia Independent is a striking combination of innovation, modernity and watchmaking excellence.

Produced in a limited edition of 500 pieces, the watch comes in a personalized case complete with a pair of sunglasses designed by Hublot in partnership with Italia Independent. The handmade frame of the sunglasses is crafted from the same Texalium® material as the Big Bang Unico Italia Independent watch.
