SPRING, the promise of an inspiring career at LVMHClose
The LVMH Graduate Program, SPRING, gives you a unique exposure and immersion into our diverse ecosystem. This program aims at developing your talent and your leadership potential to jump, at the end of the program, into a key position within LVMH and its Maisons, in one of our many métiers, ranging from product design, operations, through retail, e-commerce, and supply chain, just to mention a few.
3 years, a variety of experiencesOpen
If you are selected to take part to SPRING, you will be offered a permanent contract starting from September 2020.
During the program, you will rotate across three different missions of 10 months each within 3 different Maisons, either in France or in Italy. Our goal: making you take ownership of your career, by offering you the possibility to choose your missions ‘à la carte’ among a variety of positions. An HR team will be there to help you make the best decisions to carry out your career plans.
Among these three missions, two will be carried out within one of the following areas:
- ‘Marketing & Communications’ (e.g. Junior Product Manager, Digital Content Manager)
- ‘Retail & Sales’ (e.g. Retail Trainee Manager, Retail Customer Experience Coordinator)
- ‘Operations & Supply Chain’ (e.g. International Supply Chain Coordinator, Demand Planner)
The third one will be a Strategic Mission (e.g. Shadowing of a CEO Maison, Project Manager at LVMH’s corporate departments with Group-transversal missions).
The three missions will be undertaken within the same country (France or Italy).
International Summer BoostsOpen
During the month of July 2021 and July 2022, you will be sent abroad, in China and in the US, respectively, to learn more about these key markets through exposure to our regional business, learning of the local challenges and meetings with key stakeholders. During this time, you will also attend specially-designed workshops teaching you the fundamentals of leadership and management.
In July 2023 you will be assigned a strategic business case to work on, that you will have to present to Senior Group Executives.
A tailor-made supportOpen
All along your SPRING journey, you will have valuable support to count on: a Mentor who will help you understand the culture of the LVMH group and its Maisons, evolve successfully through our ecosystem and make the best career choices.
During each of your missions, an HR representative and an experienced Manager will also closely follow your progress. A dedicated SPRING team will also be on your side to answer any question and coordinate your experience.
Who is eligible to apply?Open
Here are the criteria you need to meet, in order to be eligible for applying to SPRING:
-You currently hold or will hold a Master’s degree in 2020, and are ready to start a full-time job in September
-You have less than 2 years of work experience after graduation (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
-You are eligible to work in the European Union without requiring a visa sponsorship
-You speak English at business fluency level
Nice to have
-You have lived minimum 6 months abroad (for work, study, gap year, volunteering experiences)
-You speak French or Italian at an intermediate level and eventually another language
-You have volunteered for an NGO or a charity or association

If you meet our eligibility criteria, you will be invited to complete the following steps of the recruitment process: a digital assessment test to evaluate your logical and numerical abilities, as well as your behaviours, traits and drivers (March 13th – March 17th ); a competency-led video interview (March 19th – April 10th). The top-performing candidates will be invited to join us in Paris for an assessment centre (April 23rd, 28th or 29th). We plan the selected candidates to sign their contracts by the beginning of May.
