SPRING, the promise of an inspiring career at LVMH

The LVMH Graduate Program, SPRING, gives you a unique exposure and immersion into our diverse ecosystem. This program aims at developing your talent and your leadership potential to jump, at the end of the program, into a key position within LVMH and its Maisons, in one of our many métiers, ranging from product design, operations, through retail, e-commerce, and supply chain, just to mention a few.

If you are selected to take part to SPRING, you will be offered a permanent contract from the start of the program.

During the program, you will rotate across three different missions of 10 months each within 3 different Maisons. Our goal: making you take ownership of your career, by offering you the possibility to choose your missions ‘à la carte’ among a variety of positions. An HR team will be there to help you make the best decisions to carry out your career plans.

Among these three missions, two will be carried out within one of the following areas:

  • ‘Marketing & Communications’ (e.g. Junior Product Manager, Digital Content Manager)
  • ‘Retail & Sales’ (e.g. Retail Trainee Manager, Retail Customer Experience Coordinator)
  • ‘Operations & Supply Chain’ (e.g. International Supply Chain Coordinator, Demand Planner)

The third one will be a Strategic Mission (e.g. Shadowing of a CEO Maison, Project Manager at LVMH’s corporate departments with Group-transversal missions).

In between each of your three missions, during the months of July, you will join the incredible Summer Boosts.

During Summer Boost 1 and 2 you will be sent abroad, in China and in the US, respectively, to learn more about these key markets through exposure to our regional business, learning of the local challenges and meetings with key stakeholders. During this time, you will also attend specially-designed workshops teaching you the fundamentals of leadership and management.

For your Summer Boost 3 you will be assigned a strategic business case to work on, that you will have to present to Senior Group Executives.

All along your SPRING journey, you will have valuable support to count on: a Mentor who will help you understand the culture of the LVMH group and its Maisons, evolve successfully through our ecosystem and make the best career choices.

During each of your missions, an HR representative and an experienced Manager will also closely follow your progress. A dedicated SPRING team will also be on your side to answer any question and coordinate your experience.
