Job Summary:

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for managing the business and relationships with our retail partners’ stores within a specific regional area.  Additionally, this position will also provide training and on-boarding support to Sephora employees and Too Faced team members. This is a field position that will be based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct trainings with store personnel
• On-board new team members and ensure training
• Plan and attend in-store events
• Achieve retail sales goals by door and by regional area
• Provide reports on out of stocks or report other store issues
• Provide reports on retail productivity and performance by store
• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring the ’24 hour response time’ rule is adhered to
• Communicate with Commercial Manager on a weekly basis  
• Complete and submit expense reports on a monthly basis
• Stay within travel and business expense budget

Requirements:

• Sephora experience
• Cosmetics experience
• Advance German and English
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to travel within a designated territory
• Dedicated and detail oriented
• Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on
