The Retail Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the retail business to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This role acts as a key link between corporate teams and store locations, helping to implement processes, support sales initiatives, optimize store performance, and ensure consistent customer experiences across all retail channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all store locations.
  • Communicate operational updates, policies, and best practices to store managers and associates.
  • Control communication from all the departments to the retail teams via INSIDE platform, to insure eficient understanding, and respect of deadlines & defined standards.
  • Monitor store performance metrics (sales, foot traffic, conversion rates) and client experience KPI's (recruitment, C&C, …) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the trainings, tools, and resources to enhance store staff productivity and customer service.
  • Assist with store opening, relocation, and renovation projects as needed.
  • Troubleshoot store issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain updated documentation for processes, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
