Its digital activities span over seven countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines).  Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.       

 

Sephora Malaysia is looking to hire Supervisor for Sephora IOI, Putrajaya.

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Drive sales performance, execute visual and promotional merchandising, ensure smooth running of store operations and supervision of Beauty Advisors and Senior Beauty Advisors.

 

KEY ACTIVITIES

Drive sales performance for store and animation area.

  • Drive store and animation area sales performance.
  • Implement merchandising and animation guidelines, prices bill sticking, demonstrations and products storage in accordance with the standards set by headquarter.
  • Contribute to achievement of animation objectives and propose improvements to drive sales.
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing strategy.

 

Stock Level

  • Control of the “BEAU”
  • Follow outages.

 

Constantly acquire new knowledge of beauty market and products and impart knowledge to the team.

  • Actively participate in training and acquiring of knowledge
  • Share acquired knowledge with other members of the team
  • Keep abreast of market trends and development at local and national level

 

Contribute to achievement of store objectives.

  • Be familiar with product pricing and discount offers.
  • Be familiar with and drive the team to achieve targets on daily basis:
  • Store sales targets.
  • Sephora brand sales targets.
  • Exclusive brands sales targets.
  • Leader brands sales targets.
  • Attend to customers and deliver good customer service standards.

 

Supervise and guide the team

  • Disseminate headquarters’ and regional information to the team.
  • Supervise and coach team in areas of daily workflow and work performance.
  • Orientate and train team in areas of company rules and guidelines, key performance measurements, customer profile, customer service standards, process workflow, product knowledge and technical skills set.
  • Continuously drive good customer service standards.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the different activities in the store.

 

Daily Management

  • Organise opening and closing of store in the absence of Store Manager

 

PROFILE AND COMPETENCES

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about beauty industry.
  • Experience in supervisory role and possess good supervisory skills set.
  • Possess strong retail operational skills set.
  • Has ability to master store processes.
  • Potential to grow professionally and take on bigger role.
  • Good knowledge of informatics tools.
