The Social Team leads Sephora into a community- and culture-driven marketing future, centering on social engagement, cultural relevance and an entertaining point of view across social channels. Our team is focused on building authentic connections with our audience while maintaining Sephora's position at the forefront of beauty retail.

Your role at Sephora:
Sephora is looking for a highly organized and creative Associate Content Producer to support Sephora’s Social Productions. This person will help bring ideas to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest – managing shoots, coordinating talent, and ensuring smooth production workflows from pre- to post-production. Reporting to the Senior Content Producer, you will:

• Assist in producing motion and stills content for social platforms (scoping, bidding, awarding, casting, pre-pro, shoot, post-prod).
• Coordinate pre-production tasks such as pre-pro meetings, schedules, call sheets, studio bookings, artist/crew/talent booking/coordination for shoots.
• Support on-set production: manage ROS, track shots, troubleshoot in real time, and help maintain a harmonious set environment.
• Create post-production timelines and work with cross-functional team members to complete.
• Book and coordinate travel for talent, crew, and team members as applies.
• Arrange and manage model castings. Oversee model contracts (model packages, rate negotiations, and scheduling details).
• Identify creative artists for varying projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on budget and on time.
• Recognize and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious "can-do" attitude.

• Oversee multiple social projects day to day.
• Own gathering of invoices and ensure all suppliers get paid in a timely manner.
• Support comp closet organization and pulls for shoots.
• Work with tools such as Box, One Drive, Monday, Smartsheet, Frameio.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in social or digital content production for consumer lifestyle, retail, or beauty experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Familiarity of content trends, creator culture, and short-form storytelling.
• Hands on experience of mobile video capture and enthusiasm for video content creation.
• Experience working with talent, casting/talent agencies, vendors/vendor agencies (video, photo, beauty, art department), production partners a plus.
• Understanding of production process.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

The annual base salary range for this position is $79,900.00 - $89,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
